Tyler Drown 
Director of Sales 
Tyler’s broad experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, finance, marketing are all used in his role as director of sales. At his previous position in Commercial and Residential Real Estate he successfully negotiated and closed on over $10 million of property sales and leases and conveyed over $100 million of offers and Letters of Intent. Tyler has also held positions at a European Hedge Fund, a Wealth Management Fund, an environmental testing and consulting firm, and in the luxury hospitality field. He also accumulated knowledge and experience as sponsor grantee for USAID at a Business Process Outsourcing firm. Tyler held leadership positions at the Drexel Smart House, a sustainable design and technology incubator at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in International Business & Entrepreneurship. He is deeply committed to and involved in charity work, volunteering and raising money and awareness for a variety of causes, including Parkinson’s Research, Hurricane Sandy Relief, and the PALS Programs, a non-profit for young adults with Down syndrome.

Blake's grandfather, a successful caterer and culinary designer first noticed his grandson's artistic ability at an early age and encouraged him to pursue his destiny. But it wasn't until years later after having moved to New York for other business ventures that he realized his true calling. At age 26, with the sound advice of his grandfather and only a few private client's, Blake opened his own events company.
